El rumor de la altitud

"El rumor de la altitud" is the name of the exhibition featuring the French artist Françoise Vanneraud and curated by the editor and critic David Barro. The exhibition includes installations and small format works, all belonging to the author's most recent period. In it, Vanneraud proposed dimensional games to the spectators, already inherent to the artist's style, that spoke to us of physical reality in its purest and wildest state, and how this combines with the experience of memory, transforming it into a stage for experiences. According to David Barro, the artist's task in this exhibition was not to represent the world, but to recompose it, endowing it with experiences and creating what Barro called the "temporalisation of space: a process of interiorisation, which remains hidden until it unrolls and becomes a map from which to lose oneself, from which to embark on an uncertain journey".
